I contract with United Healthcare/Optum insurance
I bill insurances in and out of network
I take PPO insurances. If you have a PPO I will only charge your co-pay once you have reached your deductible
For in network I charge your insurance fee
For Out Of Network I charge $180 initial fee, and $175 for on going appointment
I can negotiate a single case contract in some cases

From mild to severe Depression and Anxiety, Self-Harm, Suicidal Behavior, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), High functioning Autism, School Refusal, School Failure, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Video Games and Internet Addiction in Children and Teenagers, Tantrums in Toddlers, Family Conflicts,Relationship Issues, Challenges toward independence. Stress related to Work, Loss, Illness in Adults who also suffer from Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or PTSD.

Methods
The methods are based on the research and customized to each patient's needs.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps people to change their way of thinking and behaving from a negative pattern to a positive pattern. It helps to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression significantly
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) is based on exploring issues in relationships with other people. The goal is to help people to identify and modify interpersonal problems, to understand and to manage relationship problems.
Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) is a specific type of psychodynamically-oriented psychotherapy designed to help people to differentiate and separate out their own thoughts and feelings from those around them.
Mindfulness/ Stress relief helps people to manage their stress and can help with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression as well.
Intake Process
For children and family:
Session 1 with parents to gather history, child's current issues and child's needs. Parents will receive questionnaires
Session 2 with child's patient alone
Session 3 with parents to give the results of the questionnaires and recommendations for treatment
For Adults:
One Session, which includes questionnaires, assessment, and recommendations for treatment
School Intervention
I help families to contact the schools (private or public) in order to put a support in place (504 Plan, IEP, home hospitalization, or other type of accommodations) for the child who is struggling at school with with his learning or his behavior that impact his academics
Home intervention
I come to your house if you child is struggling with his routine or needs help to get back on track with his goals
Court Order
You will need to provide a copy of the court order necessary during the therapy
